The HR Scheduler Portal is a web-based SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, custom-developed for Link2 Group by Wisdom Software, an Auckland-based software development partner. Link2 Group has been holding a strong partnership with Wisdom Software for the last 2+ years and planned a well structured roadmap of digital projects in order to achieve business goals by growing digitally. The ‘HR Scheduler’ application is one of the major digital projects in that roadmap. The both organizations are strongly committed to complete this project for mutual benefits.
The ‘HR Scheduler’ is a secure and user-friendly application that features MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) for Link2 Group staff and their clients. Accessible globally via a web browser, it offers convenience and scalability, providing real-time visibility into candidates, their availability, scheduled placements, timesheets, billing, and more.
Accessibility: Users can access the software from any device with an internet connection.
Security: The software is managed by a software vendor and it is running from a secured cloud platform via Microsoft Azure. MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) is enabled for users to access the software.
Automatic Updates: The software vendor handles all updates and maintenance, ensuring users always have the latest features and best experience.
Scalability: The software vendor ensures that it can easily scale to meet the needs of Link2 Group and their customers.
Real-time Visibility: Link2 Group staff and their customers can have the real-time visibility of candidates, their availability, scheduled placements, timesheets, billing and a lot more.
Extensibility: Since the platform is a custom developed application, It has a better flexibility for extensibility. Any new custom feature request from Link2 Group or their clients can easily be fit in and delivered to the expectations.
Access, Authentication and Authorization: The users of the platform will need to be authenticated via credentials and an extra layer of security with multi factor authentication. The authorisation of the data and features are all controlled within the platform via configurations.
Candidates: This module provides all the features required for hiring and placement of the candidates including their timesheet along with services for Link2 Group where it offers all the related features like candidates and their profile visibility to the Link2 Group’s clients.
Placements: This module provides all the features required to place the right candidates for the Link Group as per their client’s needs. The same module offers a pool of visibility of the available candidates for a given day/week/month and an order placement facility to the Link2 Group’s clients.
Time & Attendance: This module provides all the related features to Link2 Group to track and manage the timesheets of placed candidates for a given service code and client. The same module offers the real-time visibility of candidate’s time-sheet data for a given day/week to the Link2 Group’s
clients.
Billing and Summary: This module auto generates the billing data for a given day/week and service offered by the Link2 Group’s candidates to their clients. It also offers all the related features to Link2 Group to review/manage the billing data and create an invoice out of it. The same module extends the features needed to the Link2 Group’s clients in terms of real-time visibility on the billing and summary.
Dashboard and Reporting: This module provides a facility of generating reports on the candidates, placements, time & attendance, billing and more for a given day/week/quarter/annum. It is a customised feature as per the requirements of Link2 Group and their clients.
